  Poor customer service from the owner of the store. Had to return the cake because of a huge crack down the middle. The owner offered another cake with a huge crack down the middle as well and i when the 2nd cake was refused as well the owner became infuriated and stated several times, "I dont know what the big deal is!" When asked for a refund she then stated, "I'm over all of this!" The interaction with the owner made our visit very unpleasant and we will not rerurning here.
